Revision of Fee Schedules; Fee Recovery for Fiscal Year 2016

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is proposing to update its fee schedules for fiscal year 2016, including the recovery of costs for responding to third-party information requests in litigation cases where the US is not involved. This change aims to comply with the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990, which mandates that the NRC collect 90% of its annual budget through fees.
