US Department of Commerce Reviews Countervailing Duty Order on Dynamic Random Access Memory Semiconductors from Republic of Korea

The US Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the countervailing duty order on dynamic random access memory semiconductors from the Republic of Korea for the period January 1, 2008, through August 10, 2008, and has preliminarily found that Hynix Semiconductor, Inc. received countervailable subsidies during this period.
