U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Seeks Public Comment on Draft Regulatory Issue Summary for Nuclear Power Plants

The NRC is seeking public comment on a draft RIS to inform nuclear power reactor licensees of existing requirements for disposing of information related to the performance of safety-related structures, systems, and components in nuclear power plants, particularly when such information may impact their ability to function safely.
