NRC Seeks Public Comment on Extension of OMB Approval for NRC Form 314

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public input on extending the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) approval for a form used by materials licensees to dispose of radioactive materials. The NRC Form 314, Certificate of Disposition of Materials, is required when a licensee wants to terminate its license and must be submitted to the NRC.
