U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission to Consider Approval of AREVA's License Transfer for Eagle Rock Uranium Enrichment Facility and Lucky Mc Uranium Mill

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is reviewing an application filed by AREVA, Inc. on July 25, 2016, to transfer control of licenses and amend its name for the proposed Eagle Rock uranium enrichment facility and Lucky Mc Uranium Mill, with the goal of potentially constructing and operating the facility in the future.
