Tennessee Valley Authority Receives U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Exemption for Nuclear Decommissioning Trust Funds Reallocation

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted the Tennessee Valley Authority an exemption to reallocate surplus funds from the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant to other nuclear plants, in response to a request made in 2016.
