U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Approves Holtec International HI-STORM 100 Cask System for Spent Fuel Storage

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has confirmed the effective date of May 31, 2016, for the direct final rule that amended the spent fuel storage regulations to include the Holtec International HI-STORM 100 Cask System, following no significant adverse comments.
