Southern Nuclear Operating Company, Inc. Withdraws License Amendment Application

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has allowed the Southern Nuclear Operating Company, Inc. to cancel its application for changes to the operating licenses of two nuclear reactors in Alabama, following a review of 24 requests submitted by the company.
