U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Approves Holtec International's Spent Fuel Storage System

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has confirmed the effective date of November 7, 2016, for a direct final rule that amended the agency's spent fuel storage regulations to include Holtec International's HI-STORM Flood/Wind Multipurpose Canister Storage System, Amendment No. 2.
