U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Notifies Diablo Canyon Power Plant of Petition for Action

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has received a petition from the Union of Concerned Scientists, requesting the NRC to take action regarding Diablo Canyon Power Plant, Units 1 and 2, following a petition dated July 14, 2016, submitted by Mr. Lochbaum on behalf of the Union of Concerned Scientists.
