U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Approves NAC International MAGNASTOR Cask System for Spent Fuel Storage

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has confirmed the effective date of December 21, 2016, for a direct final rule that amended the agency's spent fuel storage regulations to include the NAC International MAGNASTOR Cask System, as certified by Certificate of Compliance No. 1031, Amendment No. 6.
