U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Renewal of Information Collection for NRC Form 314

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for renewal of its information collection, NRC Form 314, which is used by materials licensees to dispose of radioactive materials prior to license expiration or termination.
