American Honda Motor Co., Inc. Granted Exemption for Acura MDX Vehicle Line

The U.S. Department of Transportation has approved Honda's petition to exempt the Acura MDX from the federal motor vehicle theft prevention standard, allowing the vehicle to be equipped with an alternative anti-theft device instead of the required parts-marking requirements.
