DOD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule on Confidentiality Agreements for Government Contractors

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have issued a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and prohibit the use of government funds for contracts with entities requiring employees or subcontractors to sign confidentiality agreements that restrict reporting of waste, fraud, or abuse to authorized government representatives.
