DOD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule on FAR Clarifications for 8(a) Program

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are issuing a final rule to implement regulatory changes made by the Small Business Administration (SBA) regarding the 8(a) program, which supports small businesses owned by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.
