GSA Proposes Changes to Office of General Counsel Case Tracking and eDiscovery System Under Privacy Act of 1974

The General Services Administration (GSA) is proposing to update its Office of General Counsel Case Tracking and eDiscovery System to include two new routine uses and minor changes to existing routine uses, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974, to support litigation and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
