U.S. Trade Representative Sets Dollar Procurement Thresholds for Trade Agreements Act of 1979

The U.S. Trade Representative has set the U.S. dollar procurement thresholds for certain U.S. trade agreements, effective January 1, 2018, for the years 2018 and 2019, in order to implement the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.
