USITC Investigation into Certain Flash Memory Devices and Components

Memory Technologies, LLC has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain companies are infringing on its patents for flash memory devices and components. The complaint seeks an investigation and the issuance of exclusion orders to stop the importation and sale of infringing products.
