US Commission Schedules Full Reviews of Japanese and Romanian Seamless Pipe Imports

The US International Trade Commission has announced the scheduling of full reviews to assess whether revoking antidumping duties on seamless pipe imports from Japan and Romania would harm US industries, and has extended the review period by up to 90 days.
