US Department of Commerce Finds Chinese Seamless Carbon and Alloy Steel Pipe Sold at Less Than Fair Value
The US Department of Commerce has determined that certain seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from China are being sold in the US at less than fair value, and the investigation covered the period from January 1, 2009, to June 30, 2009.
