U.S. International Trade Commission Finds Violation of Section 337, Issues Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Orders

The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined that a company has infringed on a patent related to automated teller machines, resulting in the issuance of a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders to prevent the importation of infringing ATMs and related products.
