Carl Zeiss AG and ASML Netherlands B.V. File Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Patent Infringement

On April 28, 2017, Carl Zeiss AG of Germany and ASML Netherlands B.V. of the Netherlands filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging patent infringement by certain companies importing digital cameras, software, and components into the United States, citing infringement of multiple patents, including U.S. Patent No. 6,301,440 and U.S. Patent No. 7,933,454.
