US FCC Seeks Public Comments on RFID Products

The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is soliciting public comments on the public interest implications of a recommended exclusion order for certain infringing radio frequency identification (RFID) products and components imported by several companies, including Kapsch TrafficCom and STAR RFID.
