U.S. International Trade Commission Finds Violation of Section 337, Issues Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Orders

The U.S. International Trade Commission has found a violation of Section 337 in an investigation involving automated teller machines, ATM modules, and related products, and has issued a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders targeting Diebold Nixdorf and Diebold Self-Service Systems.
