USITC Seeks Public Comments on Potential Remedies for Patent and Trademark Infringement Allegations

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) is seeking public comments on potential remedies for alleged patent and trademark infringement by certain companies. The USITC may impose exclusion orders, cease and desist orders, or other measures if it finds a violation.
