U.S. International Trade Commission Receives Complaint Against Aqua Shield, Inc. Over Pool and Spa Enclosures

Aqua Shield, Inc. has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain pool and spa enclosures infringe on U.S. Patent No. 6,637,160 and requests the Commission to institute an investigation and issue exclusion orders.
