U.S. International Trade Commission Investigates Wi-Fi Device Patent Infringement

Sharp Corporation of Japan and Sharp Electronics Corporation of Montvale, New Jersey, have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain Wi-Fi enabled electronic devices and components infringe on U.S. Patents No. 8,325,838 and No. 8,279,809. The complainants are seeking an investigation and limited exclusion orders to stop the importation and sale of these devices.
