FUJIFILM Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Magnetic Data Storage Tapes

FUJIFILM Corporation of Japan and FUJIFILM Recording Media U.S.A., Inc. have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission, alleging that certain companies are infringing on their patents for magnetic data storage tapes and cartridges, and requesting the Commission to investigate and issue exclusion orders.
