Commodity Futures Trading Commission Establishes New System of Records for Responsible FinTech Innovation

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is launching a new system of records, CFTC-50, LabCFTC, to promote responsible Financial Technology (FinTech) innovation and fair competition for the benefit of the American public, allowing innovators to engage with the CFTC and obtain feedback on innovative technology ideas.
