US International Trade Commission Reviews Part of Final Determination in Mobile Device Investigation

The US International Trade Commission has decided to review in-part a final initial determination finding a violation of Section 337 in an investigation into Certain Mobile Device Holders and Components Thereof, following a request for written submissions on remedy, public interest, and bonding.
