USITC Receives Complaint Alleging Patent Infringement by Certain Personal Computers and Electronics

Aqua Connect, Inc. and Strategic Technology Partners, LLC have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain personal computers, mobile devices, digital media players, and microconsoles infringe on two U.S. patents. The complaint seeks a limited exclusion order and a cease and desist order.
