USITC Seeks Public Comments on SK Hynix Exclusion Order

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) is soliciting public comments on the potential exclusion of certain memory modules and components from SK Hynix Inc. and its US subsidiaries, SK Hynix America, Inc. and SK Hynix Memory Solutions Inc., from the US market due to alleged violations of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
