U.S. International Trade Commission Investigates PureCircle for Patent Infringement on Stevia Products

PureCircle USA Inc. and PureCircle Sdn Bhd have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that their competitors have infringed on U.S. Patent No. 9,420,815, which covers certain glucosylated steviol glycosides and products containing them, and requesting the Commission to issue a limited exclusion order and a cease and desist order.
