U.S. International Trade Commission Issues Remedial Orders in Investigation into Violation of Section 337

The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined that Swagway LLC and Segaway have violated Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, and has issued exclusion and cease and desist orders against Swagway.
