Align Technology Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Intraoral Scanner Patents

Align Technology, Inc. has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain intraoral scanner manufacturers infringe on its patents, including the '901 patent and the '448 patent, and seeks a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
