USITC Finds Violation of Section 337 in L-Tryptophan Investigation, Issues Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Order

The US International Trade Commission has determined that a company has infringed on two patents related to L-tryptophan, a key ingredient in the production of the amino acid, and has issued a limited exclusion order and cease and desist order to prevent further infringement.
