USPTO Reinstates Deleted Paragraphs from Trademark Rules of Practice

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has corrected a mistake in its Trademark Rules of Practice, reinstating three deleted paragraphs that became effective on July 11, 2015, following the publication of a final rule in the Federal Register on June 11, 2015.
