USPTO Submits Proposal for Patent Maintenance Fees to OMB for Clearance

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is requesting public comment on a proposed rule for patent maintenance fees, which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review under the Paperwork Reduction Act.
