USPTO to Hold Public Hearing on Proposed Patent Fee Schedule

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is holding a public hearing to discuss proposed patent fee changes, as required by the America Invents Act (AIA). The Patent Public Advisory Committee (PPAC) will review the proposed fees and the USPTO will provide information and assistance throughout the process.
