USPTO Introduces New Procedure for Patent Term Adjustment Recalculation

The US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is modifying its computer program to recognize concurrent safe harbor statements with information disclosure statements, and is introducing a new form for applicants to use in these situations, as well as an interim procedure for patentees to request recalculation of their patent term adjustment determinations.
