Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Invites Comments on Proposed Five-Year Review of Oil Pipeline Index

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is seeking public input on its proposed five-year review of the oil pipeline rate ceiling index, which would be based on a 2.0-2.4% increase in the Producer Price Index for Finished Goods, starting July 1, 2016.
