Starwood Energy Group Global, L.L.C. Files Petition for Declaratory Order with FERC

Starwood Energy Group Global, L.L.C., and its affiliates have filed a petition with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) seeking a declaratory order regarding their proposed renewable energy projects. The companies, which include Startrans IO, LLC, are seeking clarification on regulatory requirements for their Gainesville Renewable Energy Center, LLC projects.
