Delaware Public Service Commission and Maryland Public Service Commission File Complaint Against PJM Interconnection, LLC, Over Transmission Rates

The Delaware Public Service Commission and the Maryland Public Service Commission have filed a notice of complaint against PJM Interconnection, LLC, and certain transmission owners, alleging that they are overcharging for transmission services under the Consolidated Transmission Owners Agreement, Rate Schedule FERC No. 42.
