National Futures Association to Receive Exchange Disciplinary and Access Denial Action Information

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is updating its 1999 delegation to the National Futures Association, requiring the NFA to receive and process exchange disciplinary and access denial notices, while the NFA will continue to serve as the official custodian of records for these filings.
