Seamless Refined Copper Pipe and Tube from Mexico: Final Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that imports of seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Mexico are being sold at less than fair value in the United States. The estimated margins of sales at less than fair value are listed in the Continuation of Suspension of Liquidation section of this notice.
