Inseason Adjustments to Fishery Management Measures for Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery

The Magnuson-Stevens Act Provisions are being updated to make inseason adjustments to commercial fishery management measures for several groundfish species off the coasts of Washington, Oregon, and California. These adjustments aim to balance access to abundant stocks with protection of overfished and depleted ones, while preventing the fishery from exceeding its 2010 optimum yield.
