U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission Issues Final Rule for Booster Seat Safety Standard

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission is establishing a safety standard for booster seats, as mandated by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008, and amending its regulations to include this standard in the list of requirements for third-party conformity assessment bodies.
