Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection Extends Comment Period for Civil Investigative Demands RFI

The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection extended the comment period for its Request for Information Regarding Bureau Civil Investigative Demands and Associated Processes by 30 days, from March 27, 2018, to May 28, 2018, in response to a request from two industry trade associations, allowing stakeholders more time to develop meaningful responses.
