IDT Telecom, Inc. Requests Commission Review of TRS Fund Contribution Rules

IDT Telecom, Inc. has filed a petition with the Commission seeking a review of its rules and policies regarding the contribution methodology for the Interstate Telecommunications Relay Service Fund, which would include intrastate revenue in the contribution base and remove a provision requiring video relay service costs to be recovered only from interstate and international revenue.
