Federal Communications Commission to Adjust Forfeiture Penalty Rules for Inflation

The Federal Communications Commission will update its forfeiture penalty rules to reflect inflation, as mandated by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015, in an effort to ensure fairness and consistency in its enforcement of civil monetary penalties.
